WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA
Western North Carolina was chosen as the unique location for our first sustainable community project. The climate here is mild and temperate with four distinct seasons. The surrounding mountains insulate the valley and are responsible for its moderate weather. Because of this, its inhabitants can enjoy outdoor activities year round. The diverse population, incredible arts culture and progressive mindset, combined with the stunning surrounding vistas create the perfect setting for modern, sustainable living.
Phase One Renderings
These renderings represent the example home that will be built. All the homes will follow the design guidelines, with an architectural and landscaping review, in a private green community. They will have a modern aesthetic, immersed within a lush natural environment. With a minimum of 1.5 acre each - and the option for more space - they will be sustainable and feature Hempcrete and/or Superior Walls in their construction, as well as solar power. Minimum square footage to build out will be 1800 sq. ft. Lots will not be subdivided once purchased. Options for bedrooms will range from 2 bed 2 bath, to 4 bed 4 bath, including optional cabana bathroom. The cabana structure will be a carport as the basic option, but can include a changing room and bathroom, or full guest suite if desired. The pool is also optional, as are the elevator and additional rooftop seating area.

Option 1:
Three bedroom, three bathroom (master bed/bath + two guest bed/baths).
